Use our online tools and resources below to learn more about your property value and the values throughout your community.

We are nearing the completion of our statutorily required reappraisal for tax year 2020, which affects the taxes you pay in calendar year 2021.  The tentative value of your property will be mailed to you in September.  If you are satisfied that the value is accurate, NO ACTION IS NEEDED.  If you disagree with the value you will have an opportunity to take place in an informal review session with one of our appraisers.

STEP #1

Your Tentative Value

In September your tentative value will be mailed to you.  If you are satisfied that the value is accurate, NO ACTION IS NEEDED.  If you do not agree with the value you can take part in an information review process with one of our appraisers.  Before doing so, click Review My Property to see how your property compares to your community.

STEP #2

Informal Review Process

The informal review period has ended.  New values will be posted to the website in December.  If you disagree with your final value please review the Board of Revision process outlined in Step #3.

STEP #3

Board of Revision Process

If you still disagree with your property value after the informal review process, you may file a complaint with the Greene County Board of Revision between January 1 and March 31, 2021.
