Mission Statement:
The mission of the Office of the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney is to make Greene County a safe community for families and businesses through effective and competent prosecution of criminal offenders, steadfast and compassionate advocacy to crime victims, and accurate, timely legal advice and counsel to county and township officials.
The Prosecuting Attorney represents the State of Ohio by inquiring into and prosecuting felony crimes committed by adults and all offenses committed by juveniles. The Greene County Prosecuting Attorney is also legal counsel for county officials, county agencies, townships and various boards.
