1. How can I sign up to become an e-customer and pay my bill online?

As a customer of Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, you can register to become an e-customer through our online payment provider Invoice Cloud. As an e-customer you can do the following:

• Manage you account and view payment history
• Receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending and a confirmation after making a payment
• Make a one-time payment or register to gain access to all features
• You choose when to pay – simply schedule a payment for any future date (before the due date)
• On the go? Use Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text message with your default payment method

2. How can I check my account balance?

3. What if I have a problem with my water or sewer service?

Problems can be reported directly to our office by calling (937) 562-7450. Calls received outside of normal business hours will be answered by the Xenia/Greene County dispatch service.
