Why did you change your filing fees?

Filing fees in Greene County Probate Court were last updated on April 1, 2009. The Court’s objective in adopting the updated Filing Fee Schedule was to assure that fees are consistent with Ohio law. The adoption of the “pay as you file” system is to assure that all filing fees are consistent with the actual items that are being filed in a particular case.
